Can LeBron be corny at times? Yup. Does LeBron flop sometimes? Premier League players break down his tape. Is LeBron entering the final stages of his hooping career? Father Time is undefeated. That said, is LeBron one of the greatest players of all time? He almost won a chip with Eric F’ing Snow at point guard. He’s Magic Johnson in Karl Malone’s body with Zion Williamson hops, before Zion morphed into the long lost Klump. He’s won the chips, received all the accolades and awards, and is still doing this at age 37….
I’ve contemplated the existence of God for decades but I was once blind and now can see. Hallelujah! With the Lakers clinging to the 10th spot in the Western Conference and still in the play-in game, James has been doing everything in his power to carry them to a playoff appearance. Last night, he went for:

That was the sixth time James has messed around this season and 134th of his career. Only 60 more to catch Russ! After falling off from a fantasy perspective the last three years, James has been forced to press the NOS this season and is posting top-five numbers for fantasy. We are All Witnesses. Enjoy greatness while he is still here because, like Kaiser Soze…POOF….he will be gone.
Here’s what else I saw last night:

In the offseason, after I had my Razzball brethren look over my projections, they all said that I had Garland too low. Many were expecting a breakout. This is why you should read and take in all the awesomeness you read on the site. Over the last 11 games, Garland is averaging 11.4 dimes to go along with 26.4 points! He’s a top 40 player on the season and could creep into top 25 territory. The usage rate is near 30% and the percentages are magnifique for a guard. The only bugaboos are the high turnovers and lack of blocks.

Continues to ball out with Jarrett Allen out. Markkanen has been a top 40 player over that span, shooting over 50% from the field! That kind of efficiency won’t be maintained but it’s good to see him finally balling out. This does make my heart tickle because I thought he could be a good one after I saw him play in the Eurobasket tournament back in the day. I always thought he had some dog in him.

JV has shown that he belongs on the varsity squad! It’s crazy to think that the Raptors would play him only 24 minutes per game. Even the Grizzlies topped him out at 28. In his first season with the Pelicans, JV is averaging 30.6 minutes and has rewarded the squad with 18 points, 11.4 boards, 2.5 dimes, 0.5 steals, and 0.8 blocks. He’s tied for the second-most dub-dubs in the league.

Damian Lillard who? Anfernee Simons who? Williams entered the rotation 12 games ago and started the last eight. He’s scored at least 20 points in five of those contests. The usage rate has been 27% and he’s hucking up 13.5 shots per game. He’s a percentage killer, though, as he’s converting 40% of his attempts and only 68% from the line.

Eubanks has started the last 12 games and I don’t see why Portland would bring Jusuf Nurkic back. Over the last seven games, Eubanks has been a top 70 player. He’s scoring 14 points, grabbing 8.6 boards, and providing excellent percentages (62% from the field and 93% from the line). He also chips in some dimes and defensive crumbs.

Cade is so freaking good. I love how smooth he plays, never rushing or looking flustered. He can score, grab boards, and dish out dimes. He’s 0.3 blocks shy of being a 1/1/1 player. The only bugaboo is the field goal percentage but that will improve, and he’s already shown an uptick in that department.

In 31 minutes off the bench. Milton is a baller and has shown to be capable when thrust into important roles. He’s been mired on the bench, though, this season. As shown last night, he can still light it up when given the chance but won’t get too many opportunities with this squad. He’s only 25 years old and the 76ers have a club option for next season. Unfortunately, he’s top 80 on the season. I wonder how Wood would be playing on a different team that plays meaningful games. He’s 0.2 steals shy of being a 1/1/1 player. Tatum has been on quite the heater recently. Over the last seven games, he’s been the number two player for fantasy. The shooting efficiency has been the big issue for most of the season. It was at 42% for most of the season but we knew that regression was coming, and boy has it come hard. He’s been shooting over 50% from the field and is now close to 45% on the season.
