Ok folks, it’s the home stretch!  Unfortunately, this week is midterm week, so I’m not going to write a full article.  Plus, there just isn’t a lot of new information at this point in the season.  Feel free to check out last week’s article, if you’re looking for some names, but I think at this point, those of you in contention want specific advice.

So that being said, ask away!  Remember to include league size and format with your questions.  I’ll do my best to respond as quickly as possible!

The schedule below, is probably our most helpful tool for this time of year: (The full playoff schedule article, for those interested)

GL on midterms. How do you like Mahinmi for stocks? Worth a shot for 12teamer H2H as a poor man’s Nogueira?

@In a Pickle: Definitely on the radar for blocks – I think he’s very viable for that stat, with upside for bigger performances with an injury or foul trouble to Gortat.

Please give me general opinion for the low valuest players and If there some better player on wire for playoff.

    Thank you as always!

@Brale: Probably McConnell – I’d probably swap him for Ish.

Looking ahead to 10-team H2H standard 9 category playoffs. I’m doing a FG%/TO punt build, fairly strong on points as it is but need to shore up steals, blocks, boards, and threes.

ADavis on my team, so with that risk thinking Boards/Blocks might need help.

Have started Marcus Smart last few weeks, but his playoff schedule is weak (10 games). I also have Jarmeer and Derek Rose, and I’m of the attitude that if I can’t see myself using him in the playoffs, he’s gone. Feeling pretty good about advancing in first week…championship is last two weeks combined.

    Available are:

    Tobias Harris
    Yogi
    Igoudala
Rodney Hood — will he play or rest?
Booker — love his schedule, will he play enough?
Waiters (I don’t like his schedule, 10 games)
    Ish

Koufos, Biyombo, Zubac sitting out there in case ADavis injury is serious (though I have Valaciunias and Willie Hernangomez on the bench)

Heart tells me to go Yogi, head tells me Tobias (the boards). Sanity might tell me to go Igoudala! Or is best sneaky play Booker or Hood?

@DC Tom: I think you have to go Booker with your needs. Yogi probably next with your punts, but I think Trevor Booker is a better fit.

@Adam: Thanks! Would you take Yogi over Jarmeer for the playoffs? I see Jarmeer’s minutes going down.

@DC Tom: Probably Yogi, with your punts.

    10Team H2h Standard 9cat

    PG – Harden, Steph, Schroeder,Holiday
    SG – Clarkson, Wes Mat
    SF – Batum, Covington
    PF – Draymond, Crowder
    C – Lopez, JV, Noel

IL – Embiid (i stashed him coz I thought they’ll be unleashing him by the end of the season. I’ll keep him though for next season keeper league)

What do you think of my team? Surely I’ll be punting FG% and TO here. Main weakness I’m seeing is my FT% (probably on bad nights) and REB specially now that my centers aren’t rebounding that well (well maybe except for JV last night) although some of my players could rebound in the forward positions could compensate for this. Any thoughts?

I really dont like the schedule of main guys moving into the playoffs. HOU,GS,BOS doesn’t really have a good sched.

@sdc: Your PG’s are fantastic, but you’re definitely lacking at SG. I feel likes there’s a better option than Wes on the wire. Covington should be huge, and Draymond will be a great value with KD down. I’m really not worried about FT% – Even with some bad nights, the volume from Harden and Steph should counterbalance it well. I think you’re pretty locked in!

        @Adam:
Here’s the players on the wire – jordan crawfor, barton, kilpatrick, mason plumlee, jr smith, koufos, crabbe, heild, RHJ

@sdc: Ok, nevermind, they’re all pretty fringey then… A bit surprising for a 10 team.

    Thanks mate!

H2h 14team. Need to play all three rounds of playoff. Daily lineup and play 8 everyday.

Jamal Murray, Yogi Ferrell or DeMarre Carroll? How would you guys rank those three? Murray’s schedule kinda fit into my team’s schedule. Don’t know how Carroll would do.

    My team:
    Wall, Beverley, Payton, Ferrell
    Middleton, Matthews, LBJ, Jamal Murray
    Nurk, DeAndre, Drummond, Capela

@Quintero: I’m gonna go Yogi there for the guaranteed minutes.
