You don’t mess with the Bojan!

We’re into week 2 of the standard H2H playoffs, moving into the semis, and the squads with bye weeks are hoping to avoid the layover letdown.  It’s like the NCAA Football championship thingy, the playoffs or bracket or 4-team finals or whatnot, who knows anymore?!  But they have to wait like 4 months from their final regular season game to the title!  That’s how long this week has seemed for my sitting around, lazy, bored bye week teams (speaking vicariously of course, I had zero!).  Luckily it’s now how you enter the playoffs but how you exit, and with only two weeks left, you gotta ride the hot ThrAGNOFs!  Bojan Bogdanovic fits the bill to a T (did I say that right?) with 12+ points in 4 straight and 17+ in 3 of 4.  Also has chipped in multi-treys in the past 3 and if treys or points are a need, it’s time to ThrAGNOF!  Why you don’t pay for these guys, as they literally grow on trees.  Seriously, Bogdanovic’s great uncle was Groot.  Here’s what else went down over the weekend in fantasy basketball action:

Kevin Durant Wellllllll, that happened.  Feels like last Friday was a few months ago, when we learned Durant would be out indefinitely and removed from all basketball activities.  He’s not even aloud to play 2K anymore!  To all those who stayed away for fear of lingering issues, +2 XP!  Leveling up to level 14!  For a guy who had always been durable, it’s been a nightmare for KD and certainly will make his 15-16 pre-rank really interesting.

Russell Westbrook No KD means Westbrook can keep being Jordan!  Another weekend with a pair of tripdubs, with a rainbow line for good measure yesterday for 12/10/17/4/2.  Fantasy stretch run MVP!  Two years ago it was Tobias Harris.  Mmmmm, that Tobias run!

Elfrid Payton Speaking of stretch run Magic, Elfrid putting back-to-back tripdubs on his Shelfrid as well!  Notched 15/10/12 last Wednesday, 22/10/10 Friday then regressed a tad to 6/8/8/3/0 last night with those brutal 5 TO.  At least he kept his 53.2% FT off the line!  Unfortunately we enter Orlando’s brutal week 2 of the playoffs with only two games on the schedule.  Ouch.  Weekly leaguers pretty much have to put Elfrid on their Shelfrid.

LaMarcus Aldridge More injuries, yay!  I remember the good ol’ days where only 10-20 players would get hurt in a weekend…  Got hit on his hand and exited early, reportedly suffering a lot of swelling even though X-rays were negative.  What gives me the heebie jeebies is that it’s his left hand, the same one with the torn up thumb he’s playing through.  Just have to hope the swelling goes down and nothing is connected to the thumb.  Ghost thumb!  It moves around independently like the hand from The Addams Family.  On top of LA, Nicolas Batum also left early with lower back pain.  It hasn’t been from carrying any fantasy teams, that’s for sure!  We’ll have to wait for some updates throughout the day and hopefully neither will miss much time – but both are looking mighty risky in weeklies.

Ish Smith That 76ers ain’t Ish!  Well, it really is Ish because other than Nerlens Noel there’s not anyone else I’d rather own…  Back-to-back 9 dimes games going 15/4/9 Friday then 9/2/9 last night.  Didn’t stroke the J (3-14 FG), but Isaiah Canaan has been even icier going 1-11 last night.  Blah.

Jusuf Nurkic The Jamba Jus is linin’ up out the do’!  16/7/0/2/1 Friday then 11/6/1/0/3 last night.  Finally got that kale cleanse to wash out that ankle injury!  If only modern medicine were that advanced…  Should be owned in most leagues.

Zaza Pachulia What in the world?!?!?!  Zaza for Goro?!?!?!  22/21/7/2/0, and the most “smack me in the ass and call me Shirley!” of all – 18 offensive rebounds!  18!!!!  Given it was 3OT-aided, but third most in NBA history.  Third!!!! Aight, who had a bet Zaza could be 3rd best in history at anything this year?  Maybe in arm acne count….  Anyway went back to his usual fine-but-not-great 11/9/3/2/0 last night.

Khris Middleton Also benefitted from the 3-OT to post a 29/8/6/3/0 line in 55 minutes Friday.  That amount of run is the middletits!  Such a great roll the past few months.

John Henson On that Friday game with absurd stats, how about Henson for 4/10 and 7 blocks!  7 blocks in 21 minutes at that!  And even with all that shizz, Bucks lost that one.  Serves them right for dumping Knight.

Brook Lopez Had a monster weekend, going 32/18/2/0/5 against the Bucks in that same 3-OT.  My feet ache in agony seeing the 42 minutes though!  26/4/0/0/4 last night hitting 11-14 FG in a more-acceptable-but-still-too-much-for-Brolo 31 minutes.

Nikola Mirotic Ruh roh.  No Minutes Mirotic may indeed re-don his nickname!  Just ridiculous 29/11/1/0/4 Friday night, but Taj Gibson in his second game yesterday went 18 minutes and Miro went down to 24 of blahhhhh shooting 1-8.  Sucks for Miro owners that Taj went 6-8 in those 18 minutes, so maybe the Gibby indeed will take all of Miro’s value.  Ugh.

Pero Antic – Weird line of the weekend award goes to…  Pero Antic!  Well, I dunno, tough to top Zaza’s 18 OREB…  Career-high 22 points in under 20 minutes on Friday for 22/3/1 and 4 treys hitting 6-7 FT.  Don’t look now, but the Hawks have lost three in a row!  Even with…

Kyle Korver …back, and wearing a mask!  Can’t let that pretty face go to waste…  And Korvs was terrible for 6/3/2/1/1 with 2 threes, love the multi-cat, but 5 TO?!  “I can’t see out of this gosh darn thing guys!”

Steven Adams Yeah, I think I might have undersold The Big Kiwi as he’s got 3 straight dubdubs and had a rainbow Friday for 12/16/2/2/2.  Much better than a Black Friday!  Because with Adams, I certainly am no longer in “Sell!  Sell!  Sell!” mode.

Marcus Smart Well, celebrated his best fantasy game on the year by punching Matt Bonner in his bonnet in the next one.  Earlier in the game, Smart was probably like, “Hey Bonner, does the carpet match the drapes?!”  And Bonner was like, “Why don’t you come and see?”  BOOM!  And he did…  Got suspended for last night, and also is halfway ready to join a fraternity.  Isaiah Thomas is expected to return towards the end of this week, so it’s hard to play Smart in weeklies.  Especially since he likes acting out America’s Funniest Home Videos.

Kemba Walker Woohoo!  Welcome back to the starting five, but Mo Williams still led the Hornets in scoring last night with 24.  Revenge game!  But this was all about Kemba and his team-high 8 dimes and redonk 6 steals.  While impressive, don’t forget this was against Zach LaVine at PG.  Not expecting a sudden steals outburst, unlike the Foot Clan crime wave in NYC.  But the dimes?  Good to see.

Reggie Jackson Whoa, both R-Jax and Spencer Dinwiddie getting dubdub dimebags!   It must be April 20th!  R-Jax for 22/3/11 and Dinwiddie for 10/3/10 Friday night.  The Pistons had a 28:4 AST:TO ratio in that blowout of the Bulls!  Both were great again last night with R-Jax nearing the tripdub for 17/9/11 and Dinwiddie notching a bench rainbow for 6/3/2/2/2.  Man R-Jax has really turned it up, with Pts/Ast dubdubs in 4 straight.  I like Dinwiddie just as much as the next guy, but inconsistent PT keeps him out of the Ish Smith, Dennis Schroder range to me.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope Yeeeeaaaaaa boi!  27/8/1/2/0 last night, hitting 10-20 FG and 3 treys.  Certainly grabbing KCP over Bojan, but both are good for some ThrAGNOFfin’ USA!  Well, ThrAGNOFfin’ USA and ThrAGNOFfin’ Croatia.

Alex Len Returned from a kankle for 10/6/1/0/3 last night in his second back after 5/6/1/1/0 Saturday.  Mostly impressed by the back-to-back!  Not holding Len back!  …Jack…  Anyway, Brandan Wright had a few good games filling in admirably, but only 8/3/0/0/1 last night in 22 minutes and can get the boot.  You got The Wrong Stuff!

Marcus Morris 11/11/7/3/0 in a fantastic multi-cat, shooting 4-9 and chipping in a trey!  But before we drop the multi-cat confetti, Brandon Knight‘s looming return certainly hurt other-Morris’ minutes.

J.R. Smith Goes nuts at the Bucks last night, hitting 7 treys in a 23/4/1/3/0 line.  Smiff wiff the steals!  Nice to see those coming back around after a prolonged lull.

Anthony Morrow – Andre Roberson rolled his ankle early on last night, giving Morrow an ample opportunity to play 30 minutes per should it linger.  Only 12 Pts last night from Morrow, but when shooters hot, dey hot!

Tyler Hansbrough – Hah, must be in the March Madness fever, because he hasn’t scored 18 Pts since college (OK, probably not true, but we don’t fact check!)!  18/5 against the Knicks, and therein lies your answer as to how this happened.  If you ever feel like picking up Hansbrough, I advise you tuck and roll away ASAP like the Nets towel boy.

Danilo Gallinari The F you doing, Gallo?!  I pimp out I wanna draft you early next year, then you go out and drop a 40-burger towards the end of the season to pump people up?!  And just an astonishing game, dropping 40 on top of the rainbow for 40/7/4/3/2 with 6 treys and 10-11 FT which is more than enough to qualify for a superstar’s line.  Damn, the buzz might be there for Gallo as a sleeper next year now, blast!

Rodney Stuckey – This time it’s his calf feeling yucky.  I feel like he’s gotten a ton of minor injuries this year…  What happens when you get old!  I should know, I played basketball Saturday for the first time in a while and I’m still sore as poo!  Anyway, he left early Saturday and might not go tonight.  He’s low end enough to drop to be sure you fill out your games to me.

Alexey Shved – I want my babyback babyback babyback…  I want my babyback babyback babyback… ribs.  Rib contusion for the Russian concussion, and this questionable tag is certainly irking.  He’s been so good!  Playing this one to the wire if you’re in a weekly league.

Jeremy Lin From one astoundingly-overperforming Knicks PG to a former one, Lin was a monster last night for 29/5/5/1/0 and a couple of treys.  But man, after that solid run a few weeks ago, he’s really been subpar.  Not fully buying it, even with that report still floating out there he’s gonna start the last 10 Lakers games.

Streamers/Cheap Daily League Picks:

Tony Allen (20% owned) – The king of steals!  Danny Ocean?  No, it’s T.A.!  6 steals Saturday night, has started the past 2 Grizz games, and while not a high-end guy, should be a good roster filler in daily and near must-own in H2H for any owners that need swipes.

Lance Thomas (1% owned) – I struggled with my second streamer, but decided to go for a home run with Thomas off a 24 point game and two treys.  It’s a terrible matchup against the Grizz and with Tony Allen stealing the ball from him a million times, but he should be a minimum buy in daily and a decent stream in deep H2H.

I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend and are moving into the H2H semis, and props to Yung Lunch for leading the Razzball Bracket Challenge!  But I’m second highest in Pts available, “so you’re saying there’s a chance!”  See you tomorrow, Razzball Nation!

    1. need advise ASAP as adding starts now. Rubio was dropped and I can claim him off waivers. Would you drop Mirotic (i would get monday’s game), schroeder, carroll (3 games each), crowder or morrow (4 games)?

    2. Alex Len (3) and covington (4) are also available – would you drop any of the above for them?

    3. Bidding system in my 16 man. tons of guys were dropped today. I have $39 left and these key guys hit the wire: kevin martin, robin lopez, josh smith, marcus smart, lou williams, rubio. who would you prioritize and are must-haves for ROS? I only have 4 moves left (out of 63)

    4. Nabbed monroe off FA. Please tell me he will play!! Dwight currently available. Leave him for someone else?

THANKS and whew on making the semis.

@hamtime: 1. Hmmmm, I think I’m leaning Schroder as the drop actually, but if it’s weekly locked lineups I dunno if I could trust playing Rubio. 2. As with 1, if this is weekly lock (sorry I forgot if you mentioned before) I’m avoiding Rubio, might do Schroder for Len if you need big man stats. 3. Kevin Martin by far. Had career high dimes the other day and should have a lot of rock with Rubio out here and there. 4. Uggghhhh I hope Monroe plays! Looks pretty optimistic though. And yeah leaving Dwight out. Nice work!

      • Hamtime says:
        (link)

@JB Gilpin: @JB Gilpin: not weekly lock. Rubio actually cleared waivers and is just a fa. With news of him out tonight tho, Ru changing your stance on dropping Schroeder for him? Is Len the better add?

        • JB Gilpin

@JB Gilpin: damn, he was taken by an eliminated team. annoying. maybe it wasnt meant to be.

  2. Marcin says:

    JB,

In my deep league I have full roster for Wed, Fri and Sun. I need some stream for Tue and Sat. Regardless Batum and/or Aldrige would play or not, who is better streamer: Dorell Wright or C.J. McCollum? In vaccum would you drop Canaan or Payne?

    Thanks

    • Marcin says:
      (link)

@Marcin: Or maybe both Payne and Canaan should be droped for Wright and C.J?

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Marcin: I’d lean Wright since he is a F and they will be missing F minutes. Payne’s been pretty bad other than decentish last night, yeah I think I’d lose him for Wright and hope Canaan finds his shot

  3. Lasandro says:
    (link)

Tobias and Kieff were dropped in my 14cat roto (shallow L). Worth dropping Miro for either? I’d need similar prod to what Miro was giving me before Taj and Jimmy’s return (hopefully today, as I own him too). What ya think? Kieff doesn’t board at all anymore. He puts up very SF type numbers and his bro is arguably bringing in the PF lines as a damn 2-guard ha. Tobias is fine when healthy, obviously. Also, is Zaza worth a pickup over Asik, Luminescent and Len if I’m looking for good O brds and fg%, with a few other stats here and there?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Lasandro: Yeah not doing Tobias since ORL plays the least games here on out. Zaza doesn’t help FG% too much, but I would rather him to Asik. Still struggling with Miro vs. Kieff, you prob know where this is going – I’ll take Kieff 🙂

  4. E says:

Are you picking up Dwight Howard if available?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:

  5. hamtime says:

do you trust kelly olynyk in a 16m? Lou will with just 3 games? I only have 4 moves left for the season and trying to get the most out of the FA pool

Which one ROS (Next 3 weeks)? Steven Adams, Gallinari, Pachulia, Jae Crowder, need a little bit of everything

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Larry: Oh man, after that monster yesterday it’s tough not to take Gallinari… But he will be rested sometimes.. Ugh him vs. Adams, I can’t decide! I would have to go with which helps even marginally more – big vs. 3s/pts

  7. hamtime says:

@Bye Felicia: @ByeFelicia,are you rostering AD ?? you should be for clowning me so hard when I told people to sell high on him. Westbrook for AD would have been a great trade unless you were lucky and had a bye week. so many variables but when people were offering two early round picks for him I found it hard to turn down given that I could almost guarantee he would miss time come post season. He already missed two games and cost some people their playoffs where as Westbrook has been a beast. better luck next year man and no hard feelings just thought you knew more about his history. This entire website was blinded by a mancrush this year. KAwhi and AD, two players i will never reach for until they can play 75 games a season.

        JB Gilpin says:

@aintfirstlast: Hah Ok, except Kawhi is winning people leagues. So we should just award Westbrook a blind eye to his injuries the past two years just because they happened to occur not during the fantasy playoffs?

Here is my lineup for the semifinals this week. This is a H2H points league, so just looking for maximum output. I just lost Ibaka for the season so I grabbed Adams in his place.

    PG- Rondo
    SG – Harden
    G – Ariza
    SF – Mirotic
    PF – Giannis
    F – Favors
    C – Millsap
    C – Adams
    Util – Dieng
    Util – Markieff Morris
    Bn – Oladipo
    Bn – Rubio
    Bn – Covington

A few guys available on waivers: Splitter, Pachulia, Morrow.

    Thanks for any help!

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Filkarri: Nah, yeah not grabbing any wire guys. Guessing this is weekly – yeah Rubio is impossible to play. Same with Oladipo. I soooooo wish Covington was still starting, but yeah I like your squad out there. Good luck this week!

  11. patrick says:

    nice article man.

i saw Bogdonovics % owned increase by a lot and i was like hey it’s slim and jb’s boy haha

so at the last week before playoffs i was able to unload durant/monroe for marc gasol/kahwi.. i got through to the playoffs because of kahwi’s steals in his last game that week and now i’m in the second round of playoffs after beating the number 1 seed 5-4

i am on hardcore borrowed time right now but would appreciate some help to further upset the league.

i’m still deciding whether or not to drop Shved. he’s been so good but with my Oladipo having 2 games this week I can’t be holding an injured player. i’m waiting until news before tip off but probably need to cut bait for extra games. the problem is that the waiver wire is pretty barren in a very attentive 14 team h2h league. the available choices from the top added transaction trends are: splitter, dwight howard, Omri Caspi, and Ben Macklemore.

tony allen is taken, Lance Thomas is available.. he’s meh but i might have to go with him

can you think of players that have a pretty good short term outlook/streamers in this range? is splitter a good enough pick up? or should I hold Shved if he has a chance to play mid week?

    thanks a lot !

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@patrick: Hahaha, I did like him a tad going into the year, but then they sat hit for Karasev, Markel Brown, Alan Anderson… Ugh. Good to see him back in a main role again.

Nice work man! Those Kawhi steals last night were sick. I’m probably holding Shved since it sounds like it would only cost him 1 game at the worst. He’s just been so good. Not loving any of the options on the wire, Dwight might hurt more than help and won’t give a full week either.

Some ideas though – if Rubio sits tonight, LaVine? TO will be an issue though…

      • patrick says:
        (link)

@JB Gilpin: even Lavigne is not available — just read that Shved is hopeful to play next game.. nice.. thanks a lot and keep up the good work bros

Standard H2H. Two weeks ago I traded Monta and Thad Young for Klay and Batum. Obviously the fantasy gods did not take kindly to me brutalizing the other Owner in that trade. I’m carrying Klay, but am considering dropping Batum for LIn (slim pickings) to try and maximize games played this week. I only get 4 add/drops. I’m waiting for an update, and if it comes back gloomy, would you pull the trigger on that?

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Philzilla (Cats Like War Milk): Whoa, nice trade man! Yeah I was about to say…

Yeah if it’s not looking good and he’s ruled out pretty quick with uncertainty for the week, certianly. If he’s a GTD and sits I would probably hold. I’d prob go for upside of Lin, unless AST weren’t a need, then you could save some TO and get 3s/Pts from Afflalo

  13. RicoSuave says:

    Good stuff JB! thanks man!

12 team H2H points league… who should I start? I need to start 4 out of the five… here’s hoping they release news on Klay Thompson playing today already…

    Luol Deng 4 games @Mil, @Bos, @ Atl vs Det ;
    Pachulia 3 games vs Mia, vs Ind, vs GS;
    Dion Waiters 4 games vs LAL, @ SA, @ Uta, @ Pho;
    Rondo 3 games vs SA, @ SA, @ Ind;
Trey Burke 4 games vs Min, vs Por, @Den, vs OKC.

    12-team, non-keeper, 9-cat H2H.

Ah, by the magic of locked rosters (for those eliminated), and a few people scrambling for Sunday night stats, the waiver wire is a tad rich for this time of year.

Any add/drops I should make? I imagine I should cut Schved (hurt), Covington (regression), and Ryno (injury, no time table). Also maybe MCW (FG%, TOs). What do you think?

Roster: CP3, Kyrie, Kemba, MCW, Knight, Schved, Covington, Deng, Ryno, Favors, P.Gasol, M.Gasol, Gobert

Available: Brooks, Galloway, KCP, Morrow, Danilo, Tucker, W.Johnson, Henderson, Splitter, Len, Nurkic

    • Joe says:
      (link)

      @Joe:

I think I’ll strike Brooks, Galloway, and Henderson as possible adds. And I can’t say I trust Wes. Johnson or KCP at all, nor do I trust Ed Davis’s playing time or Len’s balky ankle. So maybe I’m really just choosing between who to drop for Danilo, Tucker, Morrow, Splitter, or Nurkic?

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Joe: Yeah I agree with your nixes there. Mannnnn Danilo was so good the other night. Def think Ryno and Covington are gone, so I’m nabbing Gallo first. Your bigs are just so so good, that it’s hard for me to want Nurk. I think I’ll gamble for some points for your team and grab Morrow, but as a short term add

Would you lose williams for splitter, Galloway or len? Sweet Lou is just cold cold cold. 12 tm 9 cat. Asik is also a drop candidate, but before his injury he was very serviceable. He must really want that playoff spot!

    Thank you!

@B-rad: Meh, no blocks the past two games, only 14 boards in both of them, topped out at 27 minutes…. Just made a lot of post plays in the scoring dept. Not that I don’t think he’s any good or anything. Sucks that Len only plays 3 games… If you need a big man, certainly moving on from Lou to Splitter, but in a vacuum I’d hold. Any time!

if Josh Smith (ankle) plays tonight, does he score more points than CJ Miles?

I think I’m going to play Mo Williams over Bogdanovic tonight. If all that matters is points, is that the right call?

    • dom says:

@dom: It’s getting crazy right now with add/drops in my league. I want to make a claim for Marc Gasol because he scores more than Drummond/Whiteside. But which of the two do I drop?

I can’t believe it’s come to this, I really wanted to end the season with Gobert and Whiteside on my roster to represent how much they helepd me, but all that matters is volume scoring at this point.

@dom: Man, that’s a 50/50 odds I’d lean Miles for more Pts scored. Yup, agree gimme Mo.

Whoaaaaaa, ummmm well that sucks. Don’t wanna drop any! I guess you have to drop Whiteside, but that seems ridiculous haha. For the scoring and just overall effectiveness gotta get Gasol

Pts. league; need to start three of the five: (4 gamers) Mo Williams, George Hill, (3 gamers) MWC, Middleton or Horford?

Tough one, I know, but this is why you make the big bucks!

@NimsheyPOBlo: Hah, if only that last sentence was truer haha 🙂 But I love every minute of it, don’t get me wrong

Mo and Hill are in there. Horford hasn’t been great and could get a DNP, but he’s still mad close with the Bucks guys. Eeeeek I can’t decide, ya know what, gimme Middleton unless your format doesn’t have a neg for TO. Then I’d go MCW

Weekly H2H pts, big bonus for dbl-dbls and peripheral stats more important than pts and %s. Still barely clinging to life, but due to injuries (Durant, Ibaka, Rubio, IT2) I’m facing some truly dreadful lineup decisions.

G – start Smart ([email protected], MIA, @NY, LAC), Rubio (4G, but Questionable tonight @UTA, then LAL, @HOU, @NO) or E. Gordon (3G-HOU, SAC, MIN)?
    F – start 2 out of S. Hill (4-HOU, @WAS, @MIL, DAL), Mirotic (3G-CHA, @TOR, NY) and Bass ([email protected], MIA, @NY, LAC)?
    C – Valanciunas ([email protected], CHI, LAL), Zaza (3G-MIA, IND, GS) or Bogut (4G, but 2 B2Bs and likely to rest-WAS, @POR, @MEM, @MIL)?
Util – Your next choice out of the above guys

Games played are huge in this league, and my opponent is stacked, though he does have 5 or 6 3-gamers in his lineup. If I hear Rubio’s playing before lineups lock tonight, he’s obviously in, but otherwise I’m thinking:
G – Smart (with IT2 not traveling for tonight, I’m hoping he misses the week)
F – Hill (love the HOU matchup given their frontcourt injuries) and Mirotic (hoping he uncranks one monster, maybe against the Knicks)
    C – Luminescent Lithuanian
    Util – Zaza

That leaves me with 5 3-gamers in my lineup. I’d probably just sub Rubio for Smart if he plays, as I like Zaza’s dbl-dbl chances over the extra game of Smart.

@Steve Stevenson: Yikes. Can’t believe at G I’m picking Smart but I kinda have to. Here’s to hoping he doesn’t hit anyone in the nuts. Agree with your logic, and Rubio is ruled out now.

At F, Hill’s on an OK run but I just can’t do it. Miro and Bass. I just think Bass will give you more for sure stats, Hill can lay some serious duds. Then again Stevens messes it up for everyone a lot too.

C – Valanciunas is my guy there too

UTIL – Yeah Zaza for the dubdubs for me too

      Good luck this week!

I pulled off a miracle last week and made it into the semis, even with Durant, Ibaka and Terrence Jones smh. What do you think about picking up Isaiah Thomas?

    • Steve Stevenson says:

@yung professional: If you have a roster spot you don’t need this week, he’s a good finals stash.

@yung professional: I think if you’re clinging onto your run and it looks close at all, I’m leaving IT2 for others

@Clos: Ugh yeah too many injuries these days… Gimme Nurk to help fill in some missing Aldridge stats, guessing a H2H round so I would lose Isaiah, might be out another week

    Hey JB,

Thanks for all your hard work! I’ve made it thru round 1!

I’ve read before you said Rubio should be a hold last week but I don’t know now. There are a couple guys on the WW worth picking up.
Tony Allen, Brandon Knight, Evan Turner, Alex Len, Trey Burke, Taj Gibson, Zach LaVine.

When you look at my team FG%/TO/3PTM is a big problem for me so I’ve already given up on those cats.
Surprisingly I’ve fared well in REB/BLKS thanks to my Defensive Player of the Year Draymond Green. And little help from Giannis.
I’m leaning towards picking up either Knight or Allen. What do you think?

    Here’s my team:
    Westbrook
    Lillard
    K-Mart
    MCW
    Middletit
    Giannis
    Favors
    JV
    Draymond Green
    Horford
KCP (Picked him up last thurs for his sat/sun and he saved me)
    Rubio

@m1chael: Nice work man! Well if it’s a weekly league, I’m totally fine losing him. He’s just so good when he plays even at 75% to leave on the wire. Also his major negatives are what you give up too. He fits your build great, so if it’s a daily move league I’d try to hold out and hope he plays after tonight

Well JB and Slim, my fantasy basketball season is over. I don’t want to blame injuries because I was against a good team, but it was TOTALLY because of injuries. Razzball basketball was superb all season, you dudes should be proud. See ya next year.
