Since returning from All-Star break, Holmes has been a monster, returning averages of 19.0/12.7/3.0 with 2 blocks and unreal FG%. With the injury to Bagley and Whiteside continuing to struggle to earn minutes, Holmes will shoulder the brunt of the frontcourt minutes.

Buddy has been disappointing this year, shooting less than 40% from the field and providing little outside of threes, but he chipped in some steals and boards in addition to his usual makes from beyond the arc.

The Greek Freak was perfect from the line! Oh, and he also posted a triple-double, four stocks, and a triple to boot. Impressive but unsurprising stuff, save for the perfect free-throw shooting.

BroLo doesn’t get much fantasy love as of late, which is fair considering his value lies in a rare combination of 3-pt shooting and shot-blocking from a big, and his impact in both categories has come down a notch. Last night, he was fantastic, producing across the board.

The Wizards’ rotation is ever-changing, much like the moon. Rui got 37 minutes of action and stuffed the stat sheet, making it two consecutive games of heavy workload and a great return. On a less positive note, both ended up in Wizards’ losses, but that may speak more to the team as a whole. Hachimura’s inability to rack up stocks will hamper his fantasy value.

The 17 assists warrant a blurb on their own, though a closer look at Russ’s line may reveal certain inefficiencies. As usual, the shooting is subpar and the TOs are brutal.

As we’ve seen, increased minutes on a per-minute monster does not a complete player make. But even if these performances only come every third or fourth game, Poeltl is going to be a must-roster player the rest of the way, unless the Spurs make a play for a big at the deadline.
