Luka Doncic was a name most fans of European basketball knew long before he was drafted. We knew all about his potential and, most importantly, his experience that was uncharacteristic for a player of his age. His rookie year was already promising but we are currently witnessing the birth of a true superstar in his sophomore year. Luka is currently averaging 30.1/3.1/10/9.5/1.4/0.2/4.7. I’ll give you a moment to let that sink in….That’s almost a triple-double from a second-year player at age 20. Truly unreal…

Dirk was notorious for his humor so Luka looks like a deserved heir both on and off the court.
Regarding last week’s suggestions, Markelle Fultz had a great week and is trending up in a hurry while Moritz Wagner and Jaxson Hayes performed well but not spectacularly. Finally, Kevin Love justified being a “Sell” candidate as the rest days started and they should be a regular occurrence moving forward.

Nerlens Noel: Don’t let his reserve role fool you, as Noel is performing much better in fantasy than Steven Adams, the starter for Oklahoma. He is ranked 78th for the season and 33rd during the last two weeks and is available in 56% of Yahoo leagues. Go get him!!
Glenn Robinson III: Another beneficiary of the situation in Golden State, Glenn Robinson III is a solid contributor in triples, steals, and is an above-average rebounder. As long as the Warriors are nowhere close to full strength, he is worth a long look in standard leagues (26% owned).
Frank Ntilikina: It has taken him a while, but Ntilikina looks finally a bit more confident in his offensive game. The defense has always been there and it has helped him rank 128th in per-game value. I like him as an add for the time being as he has the potential to further improve his ranking (23% owned).
Sell
Cody Zeller: I had high hopes for Cody Zeller when the season started, as he had little competition and a fantasy-friendly game. However, after a solid start his playing time has taken a significant hit and is now also dealing with a left hip contusion. His ownership is around 53% but I would rather bet in a hit free agent and move on at this point.
Bogdan Bogdanovic: Bogdanovic is a textbook example of a player that is better in real life than fantasy. He possesses exceptional court vision, spaces the floor, and is a great defender, but finished 124th in per game value last year. De’Aaron Fox’s injury has skyrocketed his usage and value, due to increased assists (4.9 -> 7.3), fg% (41.3 -> 44.8) and points (15.2 -> 20). It’s a great moment to try and sell him high as Fox is bound to take back some of the usage when he eventually returns.
