“You can’t put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get.” (Michael Phelps)
Trees don’t grow to the sky, but James Harden has made me rethink that statement. The last two weeks, he’s averaging 34.9 points, 5.3 3pts, 10.9 assists, and 2.0 steals, an unreal line and the number one spot in fantasy. Our teams with Harden had a very good week.
Back on terra firma, weird things have been taking place. Russell Westbrook is shooting free throws at a 65.4% clip, which is similar to Andre Drummond (63.2%), DeAndre Jordan (59.5%), and worse than Clint Capela (70.3%). Westbrook is typically an excellent foul shooter, as he’s made over 80 percent in eight of the last nine season. Last season, he shot a career-high 84.5%
At the start of the season, John Wall was top ten in blocks for the point guard position all-time. “I think I’m the best shot-blocking point guard in NBA history.” This season, he’s blocking 1.4 shots a game, more than than Drummond (1.2 blk), Jordan (1.0 blk), and Ibaka (1.0 blk).
Moreover, Lonzo Ball made history by becoming the youngest NBA player to record a triple-double, when he hung 19 points, 13 assists, and 11 rebounds. DeMarcus Cousins became the eighth player in league history to suit up for 500 or more regular season games without a playoff appearance.
For the second week in a row The Wakefield Case was the Team of the Week, led by Kristaps Porzingis. For the last two weeks his numbers are 32.5 pts, 3.0 blk, 2.5 3pts, and 89.1% FT. He is the league leader in usage rate (36.0) with a 61.4 TS%. No one in league history has maintained those numbers for an entire season.

Here is how the action went down in week 4 across our 12 RCL Leagues:
Experts League: Dream Killers notched a 6-3 victory and remains the overall leader. An interesting trade was made last week, Mel acquired Kawhi Leonard and Krisha Ligas acquired Otto Porter, Kyle Kuzma, and Serge Ibaka.
Straight Cash Homie: Pikachu remains undefeated, while Osama Razz2 is only 1.5 points behind.
Straight Cash Homie 2: Two interesting duels at the top; Beamer won 6-3 against Slack-Jawed Daps and Cronos Black Metal holds the number one spot, despite losing to Brow’s full 82? (3-5). Akeem’s Dream Team made a good move adding Kris Dunn. Congratulations to two of our players, for what I think was a great trade: porno4mumu acquired Jimmy Butler and Slapnuts acquired Kevin Love and Kent Bazemore. Well done guys!
Straight Cash Homie 3: Muggsy Bollers takes over first place with a strong 7-2 victory. Only two points separate the top four teams. I like the buy of Danny Green by Barry McCockinner, but dropping Derrick Favors for Salah Mejri may have been a mistake.
Straight Cash Homie 4: After a draw, Matokie Slaughter relinquishes first place, as Nevitt’s Polyester takes over the top spot. My team continues struggling due to my ostracized centers (Gorgui Dieng and Nerlens Noel), ”Competitiveness, care factor,” Dallas coach Rick Carlisle said, I think Noel will eventually be back, but for now he is a drop candidate.
Straight Cash Homie 5: Olympic Team is still the leader (4-3), but NYKnicks (7-2) is less than one point behind. Bold move by Team Ho Wan dropping Derrick Rose for Jamal Murray.
Straight Cash Homie 6: My team TonyRP 4 won 6-3 against one of our strongest team, RJC’s Team, and we’re first and second, respectively; I’m happy with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Victor Oladipo and Joel Embiid on my team.
RAZZblueBALLS: John’s Team was very active on the waiver, adding Dario Saric, Emmanuel Mudiay, and Bobby Portis. Akron Lebrons had the most dominating win (7-2).
BBQ Mousetrap: I like the movement by KJ candies, adding Domantas Sabonis, Jonathon Simmons and thinking of the future with Larry Nance Jr. Panchos 2.0 lost but is still the top team.
Italy vs Razzball: This week, the best team for the last two weeks (The Wakefield Case) and the second-best record so far (!), play the best match of the week.
No Punt Intended: The Green Walkers is closing in on the leader with a victory (6-2). Well done Proes Razz, adding DeMarre Carroll from the waiver.
Dynasty Deep Dive: Craig’s Crazy Team jumps to first place with a strong win (7-2), but this week against ELITE, we have one of the most interesting duels. Big Baller Brand made a great acquisition with Kris Dunn.
