Thanksgiving is coming up, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how thankful I am for the several of you who read this site every day.  It’s an honor that you guys read, and even more of one if you actually take the advice and not be hate reading and doing the opposite.  So, this writer probably won’t be writing much over the weekend here, but I’ll stuff this turkey with a few rotation notes.

Hornets: I know they’re here all the time, it’s not my fault Grant Williams went down for the season and Mark Williams and Nic Richards were assigned to the G League team.  If you’re in on any of these guys, act accordingly.  Moussa Diabite is a hold regardless.  He’ll get 25 minutes and is probably ahead of Richards in any future rotation that I would make.

MagicPaolo Banchero is trying now to get back by Christmas, which is probably wise.  As expected, the Magic have had nobody step up off the bench in his absence, so just watch the box scores and see if someone takes the reigns.

Pelicans:  You know they’re down bad when Efrid Payton logs 31 minutes (21 assists though!).  Zion Williamson is out and if you need the space I would think he could be cut.  There’s nothing in his past history suggesting a quick return here.  Trey Murphy and Yves Missi are the clear beneficiaries and should be over 30 minutes going forward.  Brandon Boston’s little run is probably over with DeJaunte Murray set to come back later in the week.  Someday, we’ll look up and the Pelicans will be nearly healthy, I promise.

CelticsKristaps Porzingis is all set, locked, loaded, and other things too.  23 minutes in his first game.  I don’t think he gets much more than that amount, and he’ll probably be load managed which is why we told you to avoid him in the first place.  Al Horford will get some rest too as long as Neemus Queta is productive (25 minutes while Horford took a nap.)

Warriors:  I suspect this 12 man roster will shape up into 9-10 at some point.  Moses Moody would lose any value then, but keep an eye on Kevon Looney.  He’s playing around 20 minutes but provides the defense and rebounding the Warriors need.  Nothing to do now, but he’s my guy to watch in this group.

ThunderIsaiah Hartenstein is back and right away around 32 minutes as the only center.  Great if you could hold that guy.  Alex Caruso is ailing, as he always is, but this time he’s missing time!  Fire up the rest of the wings, there’s 20 minutes to be divvied up.

KingsKeon Ellis, second year man out of Alabama, is worth a look.  He had 28 minutes last night, more than Malik Monk and relegating Kevin Huerter to 6.  He’s a 2-way guy after going undrafted ,but if he’s starting for this team you have to scoop up and ask questions later or else you miss it.  A 2 steal/1 block profile is pretty juicy.  Might be your Alex Caruso if you don’t have Caruso.

SixersAndre Drummond has fallen out of favor in Philadelphia and can be safely dropped.  Jared McCain continues to get around 30 minutes and looks like that will continue, unless he’s not good at the things that “lead to wins” and “don’t show up in fantasy stats.”  Rookies do that, and presumably the Sixers might want to try to win sometime, so don’t be shocked if he dries up like the paint on his nails.  Just enjoy it for right now. Guershon Yabusele started their last game and keep a watchful eye on that guy.

CavsTy Jerome has to be a leading candidate for sixth man.  He’s producing TJ McConnell as a starter number while coming off of the bench.  Maybe he’s still there, the guy is for real and the minutes will continue.

Okay, time to go!  I’ll try to get one out during this weekend, but family has to come first.  Thanks for reading this, though!

I’m sure Kelder will chime in, but I kinda like your team versus the wire right now. Conley is an interesting stash, they need him back bad, but I’m not sure what to expect…
