It’s March Madness time, and in honor of Duke and their successful season, the first without a certain GOAT coach who looks like a rat, I’m gonna focus on the Dukies in the NBA. No, not Doookies, don’t be haters. One of the best things about being a fan of them lately is the many fantasy contributors from the best college hoops program in the land. It’s not their fault that they are better than whatever lesser team you follow.

The Bulls lose and refuse to play Patrick Williams and Coby White in an effort to make the play in. Noble goal, but I was hoping to see more minutes go to these guys. Nikola Vucevic ruined a 4 three-pointer evening with 6 turnovers. Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan both disappointed with less than 20 points. The Bulls really aren’t interesting, but keep an eye on them if they tank and go to young guys at the end of the season. Keep in mind though that Williams and White aren’t actually very good.

Valentine’s Day is an objectively stupid holiday, and after 18 years of marriage the wife and I were good with a nice cup of coffee and takeout for the day. Then I watched the Bucks vs. Celtics game on TNT, and took a huge gamble at that! It paid off though, but please honor my sacrifice for your benefit and click on this article multiple times. JokerSmoker and PB and G have a 7 game lead over everyone else. They also at the top in number of transactions in the league. Not all work out, but these two have just done a great job all year. Well, of course, JokerSmoker took the big fat L last week to yours truly!

I’ll start with the TNT game, which I almost didn’t watch because Devin Booker and Kevin Durant were out.
Wait, what was that? Is that………
Devin Booker’s music???????
Yes, Booker returned with 19 points and six assists and the Suns are whole again. Torrey Craig has lost what little value he had (3 points in 25 minutes). Chris Paul did have 12 assists with his 9 points, but the guy just looks slow to me. He’s thicker than he used to be and seems like he’s a step slower. Still good, but I’m wondering how long this will last before he craters. I’d get off him and trade him to someone who isn’t watching. And what happened to Deandre Ayton? 35 points and 15 boards, keep that going.

Five game slate on a rainy Tuesday evening. Well, might not have been raining in your neck of the woods. I hate ice storms more than I hate this year’s Bulls squad and watching LeBron James complain about every game mattering, the refs screwing us, and then resting the next game so he can break a scoring record later on TNT.
