Fantasy Basketball Rankings, Week 13

In what was a fully-packed weekend of basketball, we were also treated to an extra day with MLK’s holiday bringing us yet another full slate. We’ll have a mid-season recap and some news and notes later, but first, we gotta get those Rankings out in a short week…
