Razzball Nation!  Man, scary to think there’s only a week left of the regular season.  Where has all the time gone?!  While the majority of leagues have wrapped up, we’ve still got some extended H2H finals and Roto players out there who need a pickup for The End of the Road.  And why not Randy Foye after his 30/5/15/2/0 explosion last night?  “Wait, don’t you hate Randy Foye JB?!”  Shut it, commenter who remembers everything!  I do hate Foye, but he’s going to get the volume with Ty Lawson out at least another few games with his bum ankle.   Brian Shaw is saying Lawson probably will return this season, and coaches never lie or deceive us in the NBA, right?!  Cough cough.  With only two games on the slate tomorrow, the 63%-owned Foye (which, yes, is probably lower than it should be given the leagues that are over with aren’t making moves) needs to be scooped up in all leagues still rounding out their finals.  Plus the Nugs schedule the rest of the way is @GS, UTA, @LAC, GS.  He’s gonna heave up more threes than Jimmer Fredette at the BYU Alumni game!  Here’s what else I’ve seen over the last couple of days of NBA action:

Jonas Valanciunas – “My open Molsons are pregnant, I must drive them quickly to delivery room on sofa!”  Dude, you are so not Luminescent to me anymore.  Got a DUI in Canada, because, well, there’s nothing else to do.  Our Razzball Radio founder Nick drives only sober, so he had to immigrate to the US just to fit in!  Thanks for making Razzball Radio safe…  Following this mess JV gets a career-high.  Before you say “added motivation!”, this isn’t my boy Ryan Braun!  It was against the terrible 76ers.

Henry Sims – May never get a big role again, but a huge 22/8/0/0/1 last night on 10-15 shooting.  Neither big could play D!

Mason Plumlee – Had 3* blocks on Tuesday night.  What’s even worse is his “nickname” jersey is “Plumb.”  Wow, original dude, let’s just hold LeBron James‘ hand and think of something better…

Anthony Davis – Another game out with back spasms.  Getting a little more worried about ranking him very high next year.  Could he play through these if the Pelicans were in a playoff race?  Noooooooo-body knows… The trouble I seen!

Jeff Withey – Career-high 17 off the bench.  If he keeps playing like this, he’ll take Davis’ starting job next year!

Gerald Green – An open letter to Green and his boyfriend matt: “Dear Mr. Green, I’m sorry I shat on you so much this year.  Last night, you looked like a really good player as I watched the whole Suns game.  Please beef up and play the starting three next year and help convince P.J. Tucker to sign elsewhere.  That way I can rank you highly heading into 14-15.  Salutations and Sincerity – JB.”

Ricky Rubio – Dammit!  Heading into the ranks next year, Rubio is so going to be my Brokeback Mountain.  “Why can’t I quit you!?”  Led the Wolves in scoring on Tuesday against the Spurs with 23 on 10-17 shooting (10 FGM a career high, but it was against the Spurs second team more or less) then 15 almost led the Wolves in scoring last night against a tough Bulls team.  Coming around a little?  Eh, I dunno, but I think I’ll still rank Rubio higher than most next year.  Not as high as my delusional rank this year though…

Gorgui Dieng – The Wolves really have no reason to resign Nikola Pekovic now.  Gorgui Apparatus for 12/15 with a swat Tues, 9/8 3 swats last night.  He’s like DeAndre Jordan and Andre Drummond-lite, excpet he can hit FTs!  Going to have tons of buzz going into next year.  At least I’d think he would… If not, he’ll be one of my lead sleepers.

Enes Kanter – 15/19 on Tuesday.  Still don’t know his future because I keep mentioning he’s an awful defender.  Yet even in 27 bench minutes can rack up near-Goros.  We’ll have to see what the Jazz offseason looks like, but he’ll be a tough one for me to rank.

Matthew Dellavedova – This was a blowout straight from the tip, so I may have paid more attention to the Brewers game while watching this game…  But man, I don’t remember a single one of his buds from the dimebag!  14/4/12/1/0, shot a very efficient 5-8 (4-6 from deep), and yes his shot looked good.  However nothing distinguished him and the Pistons are an awful defensive team.  The minutes came out of left field too.

John Wall – Trip dub!  14/12/11.  He’s been up and down this second half, but an overall really good year and I think my first round ranking when I saw him going in the third round in a lot of leagues looks pretty good.

Jared Sullinger – Brad Stevens has kinda yanked his chain throughout the year, but a solid multi-cat line of 15/11/2/1/1 last night with a trey.  30+ minutes the past four, and he’s looked good in them.  I hope there is a commitment to him next year.

Elton Brand – Another big start filling in as the starting 5.  13/13/3/3/1.  So many threes and ones!  What a surprise he’s been when given the time.

Jeff Adrien – On a tear as a starter.  It’s the hair!  13/17/1/2/1 with no TOs shooting 6-14 last night.  It was against the Pacers B team, but hey, they were still better than the Bucks!

Brandon Knight – 25/4/10, and nice to see Knight get a dimebag.  Ramon Sessions is hogging too much rock!  Random thought – who is hated more from MIL sports?  Larry Drew or Ryan Braun?  Ha!

James Johnson – Started over Tayshaun Prince!  Finally!  Well Prince hurt his ankle, but whatever!  Anddddd only 24 minutes for JJ for 5/4/3/1/3.  Still almost a rainbow though!  Think they give him a starting spot next year?  Eh, could happen!

Ray McCallum – Man, what a run!  Isaiah Thomas is still the future, at least I’d hope so, but 23/4/8 and another big line for Ray Mac.  It’s too bad he’s too small to play the 2… But he’ll be one of the highest upside backup PGs going into next year.

Next Game: Another TNT OT coming up baby!  SA @ DAL then I’m doing Yahoo standard highlights for DEN @ GS.  Over/under… 225 total points in that second game.  I’ll go over!  With only two games with little interesting beside Foye and Aaron Brooks maybe having upside, I’ll be back with recaps Monday morning, and hit up Tuesday and Wednesday as well.  Then to the offseason!  Slim and I are going to grade the ranks and we have some big offseason stuff coming as well.  So stay tuned and have a great weekend!
