Probably the most frustrating part of fantasy sports is drafting a stud and watching him languish on the sidelines due to injury. The good news is, some major stars are due back soon. The bad news is, some major stars are not. Let’s swallow some medicine and see who’s going to disappoint:

Andrew Bogut – Set to come back this week, but last week he received Regenokine injections, which is designed to diminish swelling. It takes his blood and turns it into a protein paste which is then injected into the problem area. It’s also how stuffing is made.

Steve Nash – Supposed to return soon, but it has not been said when. Lakers are home on Tuesday, then they go on a three game road trip. I figure November 27, when they return home, would be the latest on when he should be back. My guess is Saturday in Dallas.

Kevin Love – He will have his hand x-rayed tomorrow, and presuming it comes back well, he said he is targeting an early to mid December return date.

Hedo Turkoglu – As mentioned this morning, he is getting (already got?) his hand re-cast. The time table for his return has been pushed back until after Christmas.

Andrew Bynum – Again, as mentioned this morning, his knee condition is now present in both knees. He probably won’t be back until January. Rumor is that he hurt his other knee while bowling. No word on what score he finished with.

Kawhi Leonard – Won’t be back before November 28.

Kyle Lowry – He has a bruised cuboid bone, which may have something to do with Nintendo. He is expected to be out for two weeks until his ankle is better.
