Sports is all about emotions and the constant swift between them. Pressure to disappointment or happiness, angst to total excitement or sadness. The following clip of a young Cavs fan participating in the half time half court shot has it all.
From the hubris of the LeBron chalk throw, to the disapproval of Darius Graland behind him, to the expectation of failure only for it to be trampled by the excitement as the shot goes in. We love sports…
Regarding last week’s suggestions, both Max Christie and Donovan Clingan provided standard league value and they are safe bets to continue doing so, while Toumani Camara was even better, indicated by a +13% ownership jump and should be rostered in all leagues.

Santi Aldama: Despite not starting, Santi Aldama has found ways to be impactful enough for the Grizzles to earn 28 minutes during the last 2 weeks and is providing top40 value. His across the board contributions make him an enticing pick off the wire and even if continued top40 value might be a reach, his stats can provide a sneaky boost that bigger names do not, so give him a long look (48% owned).
Zach Collins: It might be just a short term add, but with both Nikola Vucevic and Jalen Smith out the only center in Chicago is Zach Collins, who started and played 28 minutes against a sad Philadelphia team and provided 19 points, with 5 rebounds and a triple. As long as he is getting minutes his game is fantasy friendly enough to warrant an add (3% owned).
Sell
Goga Bitadze: The dominant stint that Goga Bitadze had at the middle of the season is now only a distant memory as his minutes have been relegated to backup only. He also lost his starting spot during the last week, which further solidifies him as a blocks streamer but not a must have player, especially with fantasy playoffs right around the corner (31% owned).
De’Andre Hunter: Early returns from his move to Cleveland suggest that his playing time and usage will take a hit, as expected and his fantasy profile is too one dimensional to stay as a must roster player. He can be a triples and points streamer but it is difficult to see him be more than that in a very talented and crowded rotation in Cleveland so if he is your least valuable player, I would prefer streaming the spot (39% owned).
Looking at the WW for a guy that might contribute during the playoffs. I will have a bye so my first round starts March 24th. Kinda hard to look that far down the road but there ya go. Please rank top two fliers out of: Huerter, Keon Johnson, Z Williams, D Brooks, Grimes, Dick, Nesmith.
My squad for context:
Jokic, Allen, Duren, Ware
Jal Will, N Powell, OG, Keegan,
Booker, Maxey, FVV, Giddey, Ayo, Jerome
I would go Dick, just for the guaranteed path to major minutes and Z Williams in case the Nets shut down their veterans, including Cameron Johnson.
Do you think that any of the Brooklyn guys who popped off last night will continue ROS?
Sharpe, Zaire, Killian, Keon?
Sharpe has to contend with Claxton, not sure what’s happening with Clowney. I actually saw Killian in person at a G League game, and the dude seems so inconsistent. He’s had moments like this before.
Thank you!
Sharpe is a per minutes beast but unless Brooklyn shuts down Claxton, I don’t see the value.
Killian Hayes is as inconsistent as they come and still after all those years in the league is not remotely aggressive enough in getting his own shot, so it’s a pass from me, unless you desperately need assists for a matchup.
Both Ziaire and Keon should have relative safe minutes but I think their value is more to stream them when their schedule is good, rather than have a permanent roster spot.
Bear also in mind that Cam Thomas is returning tonight, further complicating the rotation. How long will he last is another topic altogether.
Thank you as always for your in depth responses!
Looking to increase 3s and steals, and I have an overabundance of rebounds and blocks.
Are you into any of these trades:
(I get) LeBron for Paolo and Reid
(I get) Trae for Paolo and Reid
Can sub Reid for Claxton, but not sure what I’m offering here is enough to begin with. Reid plays 3 times per week in the playoffs, Paolo twice the first week.
I like getting Trae for Paolo and Reid. My only concern would be availability but Atlanta seems likely to semi tank later in the season and not yet. You also get better in ft% as a side bonus with that trade. Always a pleasure helping as much as I can !
Shocking development with Embiid lol. Goodbye process.
Absently hasn’t done much lately but worth a dart throw? My drop would be Grimes. Or maybe you just avoid all 76ers except Maxey?
Autocorrect: Yabusele
You are not losing so much with dropping Grimes so I say go for it. Worst case you drop him for another hot body, but Yabusele with 30 minutes is good for fantasy purposes
I sure appreciate the reality check and your quick replies. I will keep popping questions until we get this site back to the old days with JB or even SON. You are doing it right sir. Hope Grey tines in here
Really appreciate you man ! Thanks for the loyalty.
