First of all, I am super excited to be a part of the Razzball community and share my fantasy knowledge with you guys. In this article, I will cover my 2020-21 fantasy basketball overdrafted or bust players. Bust means finishing much lower than preseason average draft position.

Kevin Durant- ADP 11.5

Durant has top 5 talent, but is being severely overdrafted at 11.5. He is coming off one of the worst injuries a player can – Achilles tear. In H2H leagues, the missed games are brutal and it’s pretty safe to assume he will not play back-to-backs and will likely miss a good amount of games.

Zion Williamson ADP 22.5

This selection is an easy one for me, as Zion has glaring weaknesses. Based on last season, Zion shot 64% from the free throw line along with with only 0.3 three pointers per game. Another negative is his defensive stats, averaging only 0.7 steals and 0.4 blocks. Williamson can improve drastically, but if you take him in the second round there is no value to be had.

Kemba Walker ADP 37.5

Kemba is a very good player for the Celtics, but his fantasy value is dropping. His ADP should be falling hard now that he will not be ready for the start of the season. I see no value taking Kemba in the top 60 when he will miss games to start the season due to injury.

Devonte’ Graham ADP 76.5

Graham was a pretty good fantasy player last year despite his poor fg%. The arrival of Hayward and LaMelo Ball will really cut into his value. His assist, points, and 3 pointers should come down and, paired with his low fg%, he is a player that I am very reluctant to take in the top 100.

Anthony Edwards ADP 91.5

I do not seeing Edwards coming into the NBA and making a big impact in fantasy. There are too many mouths to feed in Minnesota and I see tons of players in this range with more value. He will be a little one dimensional, contributing in just points and will hurt your teams fg%. In dynasty leagues, he might be worth a look here, but in redraft I want no part of him in this range.
