What do you think about dropping dieng and picking up Zaza, Ezeli or bjelica. Which of them is a better pick for this week?

    • Matt says:
      (link)

      @Matt: it’s 9 cat. 12 person h2h btw.

      • JB Gilpin

@Matt: I’m fine grabbing Zaza, Dieng is sadly in streaming class right now for me

@JB Gilpin: sad to see Myles turner still gettin only 15 mins tonight. Is he still a hold?

@Matt: Oh for sure, I wonder if they were worried about him getting torn up against Drummo and hurting his growth. Mahinmi hurt opens a nice window

I’ll share the sentiments and frustration with Tjones and Wiggins. Well TJones coz I also rode his stupidly long injury last year (rib issue). I think part of it is also the news that the team releases. I got manhandled last week in my league and will likely be massacred this week with already 5 fewer games even before Tjones missing last night’s game.

Fugly 3 pt #s on Wiggins too.

Very competitive league. We’re even penalizing bottom 4 teams this year to prevent tanking (for draft lottery balls for next yr).

Not top 30 for KAT but maybe top 40? KAT vs Nerlens. Same TOs, almost equal blks. KAT > Noel in FG, FT and hint of 3s. Noel>KAT in stls.

I have Patty Mills on my team (punt assts) as a 3s specialist on low volume FGA and speculative minutes bump if Parker goes down with an inj. D’Angelo Russell available in the wire. Russell worth adding for upside? I’m in the top 3 team (12-er) in FG so might be able to weather the FG slippage.

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@kw: yeah I think wiggy will get better tho, and Tjones at least is dealing just with a skin eyelid thing this time. I dunno, I think KaT could push top 30, needs to stay outta foul trouble. I think KAT ends up with a much better TO rate when it’s said and done.

Yeah I’m good with grabbing Russell off the wire for Patty

@JB Gilpin: Thanks! Actually, Russell, Stauskus and Stanley Johnson and dj augustin all available. Need help in pts and 3s w/hopefully minimal hit to FG. 2 rookies and too early into the season to have a nice feel for projections especially in the case of stanjo with rotation.

Augustin surprisingly interests me(watched all of OKC games) and he gets a lot of open looks when on the floor with Westbrook and KD as defenses focus so much on those 2.

        • JB Gilpin

          JB Gilpin says:
          (link)

@Kw:Interesting, I think of those Russell’s role is maybe most secure, maybe Stauskas is right there. I might go Sauce Castillo actually, and hope he stays healthy

@Gi: I’ll go with the German. Schroede me!

  4. Hamtime says:
    (link)

I’m in need of big man stats, but FA pool is scarce so Want reliability and best value/upside. Would you add:
Powell, Hollis Thompson, McConnell or tross?

    2. Drop jerian or Alec burks for ezili in a 14m/9cat?

    Thanks.

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Hamtime: meh I like Powells upside but I dunno if he’s consistent enough. I just added McConnell in several 12ers but doesn’t fit your needs and he’s short term. Nah same with Ezeli, very short term, I’d hold your g

    Andrew Wiggins
    Isaiah Thomas
    Reggie Jackson
    Danilo Gallinari
    Gorgui Dieng
    Wesley Matthews
    Myles Turner
    Stanley Johnson

How’s this trade? Giving harden and gay for cousins and Pau

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@RW0: I don’t think I would, seems like selling Harden a little too cheap and you bring on a ton of injury risk.

      • RW0 says:
        (link)

        @JB Gilpin:
Thanks! I’ve actually been offered ariza and Aaron Gordon for Isaiah Thomas..is that a good deal considering arizas poor play of late and Aaron Gordons 4 minutes of play?! I would probably drop stanley in that deal right? Also, what should I do with Stanley, myles and dieng?do you think they’ll improve or should I drop em. ..

        • RW0 says:
          (link)

          @RW0:

            (link)

@RW0: Ah damn, people being indecisive! Musta seen the Gordon minutes and starting freaking out… If you had PG depth I def woulda taken it. Ummm, yeah i think StanJo and Dieng are cuttable if you need some production. Myles still coming slowly along for minutes is annoying, but he is just playing so well in those minutes that I think you hold

  6. Pip says:

@jw2: Straight platooning with Warren… Hornacek running a weird rotation at times… Def a volume guy and not getting shots or enough minutes, in 12er or maybe even 14 he can go

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:

Hey jb I got offered cousins and Conley for kawhi and draymond he also offered cousins and Ariza. I’m a big cousins fan and have him in my other league but in this league I drafted kd then dray, then kawhi would you do this deal?

    • Backyard BOOGIE says:
      (link)

Btw it’s a 12 team 9 cat you recently reviewed my team and said not to touch a damn thing but getting cousins lit a fire in my trading urge

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Backyard BOOGIE: Nahhhhhh I’m holding off those offers, I think Kawhi and Cuz are really really close right now, and not worth the downgrade of Dray to Conley or Ariza. I’d do 1-for-1 if you really wanted Boogie for Kawhi and stand firm there

        • No Holidays round here... says:
          (link)

@JB Gilpin: okay thanks JB if points and boards are the need would you deal my dragic for wiggins? Slow start but hows your feeling about ROS

          • JB Gilpin

            JB Gilpin says:
            (link)

@No Holidays round here…: Def getting Wiggins as long as you have nice PG depth! Both starting slow, still very high on Wiggins, just needs that back to loosen up

            • Backyard BOOGIE says:
              (link)

@JB Gilpin: unfortunately my pg depth is mo Williams, elfrid payton, Jordan Clarkson.
The rest of my team consists of kd,
              draymond,
              kawhi,
              marvin Williams,
              middleton,
              markieff,
              robin lopez,
              favors,
              kcp,
              Terrence jones…
              yay or nay?

                (link)

@Backyard BOOGIE: Eesh yeah that’s thin. even with KD, I think scoring is a huge need too though, I think I do it, then maybe trade Elfrid and go full-on AST punt

  13. Jerry says:
    (link)

Hey, JB! Markief Morris was just dropped in my league. Should I pick him up or Robert Covington who is also on waivers? Thanks!

    • Lasandro says:
      (link)

@Jerry: Kieff AND Cov are on your wire?! Weird.. Depends on your needs IMO. I’d lean Cov due to higehr usage in a crappier offense. Kieff will outrebound and possibly outscore him, with a blk here and there at a higher fg%

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Jerry: @Lasandro: Yeah crazy both are there! I’d take Kieff if a choice of the 2

  14. Dante Green says:
    (link)

I’m already on the verge of dropping Dieng for someone else, if Favors and TJones are unable to play, I think I’m gonna have to really do that. Damn you Sam Mitchell

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Dante Green: Yeahhhhh I’ve been on the Dieng-is-a-streamer-now bandwagon since the second game, they don’t want him playing anything but backup C

      • Dante Green says:
        (link)

@JB Gilpin: Just damn.. Should I try and trade him for MTurner? Though they kinda have similar situation. Lol

        • JB Gilpin

          JB Gilpin says:
          (link)

@Dante Green: Well Mahinmi got hurt tonight, so I’d def try for Turner!

          • Dante Green says:
            (link)

@JB Gilpin: Got that bud, crossing my fingers. Hope the owner didn’t know Mahinmi got hurt LOL

            • JB Gilpin

              JB Gilpin says:
              (link)

              @Dante Green: Hah yeah it def wasn’t a big-name injury! Poor Mahinmi…

              • Dante Green says:
                (link)

@JB Gilpin: JB, somebody from my league just dropped Jabari Parker, I know he’s a stash guy right now but is he worth claiming? I’m first in the order and claiming him could well be a million dollar move or the stupidest thing I will ever have to do this early in the season. Lol

                • JB Gilpin

                  JB Gilpin says:
                  (link)

@Dante Green: Hah well I don’t put too much stock in waiver priority… Parker didn’t look great and it’ll surely go slow, who are you top drop candidates?

                  • Dante Green says:
                    (link)

@JB Gilpin: our boy Dieng! Hah and prolly AGordon who I’m not ready to let go of yet. Hah I think I’d have to save my no.1 claim for someone else, I mean if Parker can only contribute right off the bat… It’s a long season someone will drop a more enticing player

                    • JB Gilpin

                      JB Gilpin says:
                      (link)

@Dante Green: I’m good losing Dieng for Jabari right now. Def not Gordon! Look at the run tonight, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

thoughts on this trade: giving up jahlil okafor and danny green for jonas valanciunas and manu ginobili?

    • the gintern says:
      (link)

@the gintern: oh and it’s 9cat, 16 person roto and my roster looks like:

      CJ McCollum
      Kyle Korver
      JJ Redick
      DeMarre Carroll
      Derrick Favors
      Tim Duncan
      Tyson Chandler
      Marcin Gortat
      Robert Covington
      Marcus Smart
      Jeremy Lin
      Darren Collison
      Gorgui Dieng

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@the gintern: Not a big fan of Okafor in roto, but I do think Green bounces back from a slow start. Seems like selling Green a little too low for me. I’d feel a lot better offering Okafor plus a smaller asset like Lin, not like Ginobili is gonna help that much

        • the gintern says:
          (link)

@JB Gilpin: Word, that’s what I was thinking although I do really like Valanciunas

  16. Dave says:
    (link)

Hi JB, would you trade drummond + love for Anthony Davis? in a 12 team 9 catg weekly league?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Dave: Whewwwww, yeah I think I would as long as you have a lot of other good rebounders. Way Drum is going, that’s handing off 25-30 rebounds and getting 10-12 back at most, so I’d be sure that cat is covered with some bigs

  17. nont nontiskul says:
    (link)

Hi JB, Would you trade Durant for Butler + Giannis ?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@nont nontiskul: I like what I see from Giannis, but nah seems a little too low for me. If in a 16 team or deeper, I might for the depth

  18. Lasandro says:
    (link)

Tell me why (Backstreet boys style!) Turner only gets 15min off the bench after Mahinmi leaves the game? Still, 4 fkn blocks!! I don’t get Vogel, I’m really confused. I kept Turner instead of picking up Fournier off the wire, and that just may have bitten me in the derrier as the Frenchie is now gone, of course.

In my 9 team, 14 cat roto, do I consider letting go of Jack for Smart on the wire? I’m concerned about Smart’s fg% but his stls and 3s far out-do Jack’s. His asts have been comparable. Middleton is on the wire but Gianni’s usage rate seems to have eaten into his in a big way – Khris is no longer the ISO guy on that squad and who knows what’s gonna happen once Jabari enters. Mo Will is around, but think Jack is a stronger option due to usage. Porter Jr? Colli? Essentially someone who can score, get a 3 and stls with asts.

    Bloody Vogel.. SMH

    • Dante Green says:
      (link)

@Lasandro: I think he’s friends with these coaches as well: Mitchell and Skiles for playing AGordon and Dieng low mins

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

        @Lasandro: @Dante Green: AIN’T NOTHIN BUT A MISSSSSSSS-TAKE!!!!!!!!

Yeah I dunno. Turner looked good again! Deep jumpers, no TO. Didn’t hit the glass as well as I would like to see (I watched a good bit of that game). Maybe a little worried about Drummo wearing him down. Psshh, nah one hot game from Fournier shouldn’t get you mad at a season long roto.

I’d go Middleton, especially for that roto, he should help across the board with low TO

      • Lasandro says:
        (link)

@Dante Green: They def play backgammon together on Sundays, those wankers.

@Jb Gilpin: Well, in Evan’s defense, he’s been putting up numbers for a few games now. The mins are a big indicator here too, as Skiles obviously loves the guy. Gordon is still their best perimeter defender, but guess that ain’t good enough.

Really, K-Midd? Even after seeing how much they’re running their O through Giannis these days? And surely Jabari will need the ball too. I dunno man, I’m a touch skeptical. And his stls have been almost non-existent at this point. Will give it another couple of games.

So is it fair to say that Drummo may now be considered a better fantasy big than Rudy? As a Rudy owner, I’m a touch discouraged by how crazy Drummo’s scoring numbers have been so far. Sure he won’t average 20/20, but a 18/17 kinda season seems well in grasp and taking Rudy over him in my roto has got me singing the blues (or “Quit Playing Games With My Heart”). Still early days, but Drummo is smokin hot and may land his second consecutive Eastern Player of the Week award.

Elfrid – what are you doing? At the very least, where are all the crazy D stats he was putting up last year post-ASB? His shooting is killing me.

Thoughts on Colli thus far? Yeah he had low assists today, but is he somewhat of a must-own, even in shallows? I love his volume fts and the fact that he’s now played 30min in each of the 4 games.

Finally, even though Bron’s across the brd production thus far is more impressive than KD’s, should I try to trade him away to the KD with a, say, Elfrid? LBJ has been looking real spry though. All this lying around etc could simply be precautionary, rather than actual treatment. My only beef is that he is not getting to the line nearly as much as I’d like (5-8 times I woulda thought, while Kyrie is out).

Arnie drop suggestion: from Predator, when he’s laying down by his own trap, baiting the Predator to come kill him “I’m HERE!”. Perhaps to be used when an unheralded player has a huge fantasty line 😉 Also, anything from his Pumping Iron doco is absolute gold (e.g. “I give many good advices”)

        • JB Gilpin

          JB Gilpin says:
          (link)

          @Lasandro: Haha backgammon…

Well sure, Fournier is playing well. But he did early last year too then wore down. Middleton was awesome in roto last year, I don’t think his game is changed too much. Rudy will still best him in BLK and FT% remember, and also remember this was against the Pacers, who want to lead the league in pace – i.e. a lot of quick jumpers/reb opps.

Hah Elfrid got a dimebag at least! Colly looked solid, better than Rondo which is no shock. I had him ranked as must own all year! But had Middleton higher…

Yeah especially for roto, that move will cut down on a ton of your TO. i like the move.

Hahahahaha, I was just using one pre-made thing, but there are several out there, I will look for those!

          (link)

@JB Gilpin: Will check that clip out after work. meanwhile, shall I trade my Gay for Hayward? Woulda picked Gordon up before Rudy, had he been avaialble (and as per your ranks). Thing is, he ain’t lookin all that good is he?..

        • Lasandro says:
          (link)

@Jb Gilpin: Also, what do you think of me trading my Lillard and Dray for Jimmy and Big Al? In a 14cat, would you rank Al higher than Dray? Alternatively, I could trade LBJ and, maybe, Payton/Tobias/Dragic for the same two. Thoughts please..

          • JB Gilpin

            JB Gilpin says:
            (link)

@Lasandro: Yeah, I’m good with the deal, might hold Gay rest of this week though with no Cousins haha. Nah I’ll stick with Dray, gotta factor in age and injury history for Big Al too. Same caveat for LBJ too I think you’re over-tinkering!

          • Lasandro says:
            (link)

            @JB Gilpin: Great, thanks.

Right, M Turner is looking droppable in my 9-teamer because if he ain’t getting run, there’s just no point holding on to him based on potential. 18min with Mahinmi out is not acceptable. Also thought he’d get more burn against a big DET team yesterday, but that didn’t happen either. What Brandon Wright did today is exactly what I was after.

Pachulia, Sully, A Bradley or Bjelica are looking like better adds now, right? I can get back to turner once I see his mins actually hit the 20’s, like we were led to believe would happen. It’s just so frustrating. Why draft a player that’s obviously intended to fill Hibbert’s void, then play lower upside guys in J Hill and Allen(!)?

            • JB Gilpin

              JB Gilpin says:
              (link)

@Lasandro: Meh, it’s just so short term though for Wright. Hah yeah I don’t have an answer as why they don’t run him, Bradley is the only one I’d consider for Turner

    good pod guys

one of my teams is in trouble because of low minutes being given to all these good players. it’s a 12 team league with 17 player roster size, and there are 12 starting spots. Because the back end of my lineup has guys like Gorgui, Aaron Gordon, Myles Turner, Cauley-Stein, StanJo, Schroder, my opponent consistently has more minutes than me.

I have one roster spot I’ve been using for streaming but that only helps so much. There’s not much available talent, the best wire names are Belinelli, McClemore, Bayless, Hollis Thompson, Felton, Steven Adams, Henson, …meh

I’ve got some studs carrying me, do you think it makes sense to explore trading one for multiple solid depth pieces? Obviously depends on the players, but does that idea make sense? Do you think the minutes for my back end guys aren’t going to get better?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@dom: Thanks for listening man! Ugh yeah, not a robust wire. Yeah, so 12 team 17 roster roughly equals a standard 14er, and you’re getting into the deeper leagues where depth does matter. Such a tough start with you back end, all guys I like a lot and need to be owned, so hard with none doing enough. They def will get better though. I would consider Dieng and StanJo for drops for streaming though, if in a tough matchup this week or next, I dunno if their roles change dramatically in the next few weeks

    Evan….Fournier….

As a proud Gordon owner I want Skiles out of the NBA in every capacity possible. I’ve got no questions or need for advice, I just have this inner anger and I don’t know where to go, so I figured I’d post on here as an outlet!

Do you feel my pain?!! Is there a light at the end of the tunnel?!

    • JB Gilpin

@Nick: Hahahaha yeah it’s annoying. We have definitely been called “fantasy therapists”, so let it out man! Yeah I have Gordon on a few leagues. It’ll get better. Also Pelicans have nothing but garbage except Brow up front, so a lot of small ball

@james: Eesh. I still like Turner over WCS, but def Clarkson over Jack. I think the Clarkson gap is bigger, gimme that side

    Vote Four-NI-Eir for Mayor!

Managed to pick him up in my 16 T 9 Cat H2H League… Should I try and flip him for Aminu? Covington? A. Gordon? M, Turner?

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Afro: Haha nice! I actually added him in an RCl and had him for that game, lucky me 🙂 Sure, yeah I would start with Covington then Turner. Not a big Aminu guy, might hold there while he’s hot, and damn we need to see more run for Gordon. Frustrating. Long-term I bet it pans out

@JB Gilpin: I traded him for Danny Green 😐 I’m kind of regretting it now. For-nier for-REAL?

    Whats up buddy

    8 team keeper, 9 cat

    could use some steals

time to cut aaron gordan, thad young or dieng yet?

lots of nice options on the wire
Fournier, Marucs morris, Lin, Marvin williams

could even take a flyer on brandon wright

    thanks!

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@sliimbo: What’s up man?! Yeah in 8er, Gordon and Dieng need to go. Marcus Morris is a must own, then grabbing Fournier. Wright’s never been a big steals guy even though he might pick up some starts with Gasol a little hurt, I would probably hold Thad, he’s usually a good out-of-position stl guy. Any time!

just got in from seeing scouts guide to zombie or something along the lines of that haha….pretty sure i would have loved the movie more when i was 15 but now that im 30 i just find it lame and a waste of my $6.29

        thanks!

@sliimbo: Haha yeah that def looked like a good movie for puberty fueled high schoolers. 6.29 is pretty cheap though, it’s getting up to 10 bucks in my parts!

    Hey Jb and Slim,

Any moves… Whatever trades I need for this team… Maybe at least this week. Like a buy high buy low sell high sell low kind of thing 🙂

    Jarrett Jack
    Evan Fournier
    Elfrid Payton
    Draymond Green
    Mason Plumlee
    Clint Capela
    Myles Turner
    Enes Kanter
    John Wall
    Terrence Jones
    Cory Joseph
    Andrew Wiggins
Tony Wroten – when he’s back I’ll drop CoJo

20er FG%/FT%/3PTM/PTS/OREB/DREB/AST/ST/BLK/TO it will be a tought 2nd week again for this squad though haha!

    • Kris says:
      (link)

      @Kris:

Oh btw, I’m still out there looking for a scoring / rebounding big man. But it’s a bit hard make trades. But, I’ve made up my mind and I could let go 2 players and add someone that’s currently on the waiver for streaming. But, I don’t know considering that yeah I know this team will not make it at top but I’m still hoping haha! :))

    • Kris says:
      (link)

      @Kris:

I’m looking at Kanter + Jones for maybe Horford. You think? The other manager’s a bit strong on big men as he also has dwight and gortat. 🙁

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Kris: Yeah bigs look a little light, once Wroten is back you should have a ton of AST, but obviously a lot of TO. Fournier feels like a sell high. Wow, yeah def would do that Horford deal! He looks unreal. Could even shoot lower for like a Fournier for Randolph

        • Kris says:
          (link)

@JB Gilpin: and my jack is still on the trading block for wes mat. Haha! The owner’s just to tight on his team haha! Anyway, thanks JB. Always appreciate it.

Wing player upgrades? Guards as a whole? Or should I just pick a good big man?

        • Kris says:
          (link)

          @JB Gilpin:

          West Mat or Monta? 🙂

          • JB Gilpin

            JB Gilpin says:
            (link)

@Kris: OH deffffffffffffffff Monta. He hasn’t fit great with the Pacers, but racking up some dimes and should be better. I think your wing is fine for now in a deep league, I’d address one more big first

            • Kris says:
              (link)

              @JB Gilpin:

I’m blasting out a Kanter + Jones trade for bigs like Bosh, Vucevic, Love, Horford, Favors. Big men in particular that you think this trade might work out. It’s a bit hard considering Jones is out but yeah who cares. I need a big here.

Oh and also big men that I need to stay away that it looks like I’m giving more from what will I have in return.

              • JB Gilpin

                JB Gilpin says:
                (link)

@Kris: Yeah those might be long shots, but can’t hurt to try! Steven Adams left early today, maybe it gives Kanter a couple starts and he puts up some crazy numbers to help sell high.

    Hi JB!

I just got offered a trade:
    Gain: jimmy butler
Lose: Andre Drummon and Goran Dragic

I dont particularly wanna lose Dre but i feel that if i sell high ill get the most value for him and dragic stinks.

    What do you think?

      • JB Gilpin

        JB Gilpin says:
        (link)

@Everybody loves draymond: @Lawson: Yeah I think Dragic will turn it around… Feels like I’d want a PG back still

        • Everybody loves draymond says:
          (link)

@JB Gilpin: Aight, hes offered me now Butler and Z-Bo for Drummond and Isiah thomas. Im really unsure about it

            JB Gilpin says:
            (link)

@Everybody loves draymond: Yeah I’m not loving that offer. Drummo looks really close to Butler in value if not about the same, and gap isn’t Zbo to IT2/3. I’d hold off on that one

    Sup JB?

I have a team in a 14 man league that has started good but im concerned about playing on many of them. Lillard, Mudiay, SCHRODER, Bledsoe, Danny Green, Joe Johnson, BREWER, Tjones, AARON GORDON, MYLES TURNER, Ibaka, Bosh, HENSON and Nurkic (Injured Roster Spot).

Things are looking not so promising right now for the guys on capital letters and I am wondering if to let go Schroder, Gordon and Henson, However, the waiver wire is not very exciting with the likes of Beverley, Kaminsky, Warren, Len, Brandan Wright, Stauskas, Jerian Grant, Ginobili, Wroten, Hezonja, Ezeli, Nick Young, Jeremy Lamb, Steven Adams, Will Barton, Dellavedova, Derrick Williams, Teletovic, Lauvergne or Bjelica…

    Thanks for your help!

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Lawson: What’s good man?! Yeah that’s the best wire, if Lauvergne was healthy he might be worth a look, Wirhgt I might grab for Brewer to see what happens with Gasol’s neck injury. Probably holding the rest there… Any time!

  28. Larry says:

    Hi JB,

Need your help, my team 9-cat H2H 16 teams, 10 players:
    CP3, Bledsoe, Jerian Grant, Bazemore
    Draymond, Gallinari, Tjones, A. Gordon
    T. Chandler, Dieng
Not doing well with my bigs with Jones out and Dieng/Gordon not getting enough minutes.

    Notable FAs/Waiver players:
G – Schroder, Lamb, Burke, PBev, Galloway, McConnellAfflalo, C.J. Miles, Canaan, Stuckey, H. Thompson
F/C – StanJo (dropped him for Baze), Zaza, Capela, B. Wright, Scola, KOQ, Koufos, Mahinmi, Splitter
Tyreke and Nurk are also available

Thinking of stashing Evans in a few weeks, might drop Bazemore or Grant, should I stick with them and who would I drop to stash Evans? Or get Schroder and then Evans?
Dieng or Gordon droppable? Planning to give Dieng 1 more game, or should I stick with them and maybe drop Dieng when Nurkic is about to return? Thanks

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Larry: Whewwww yeah 16er it’s tough to let Dieng go, but actually with shallower rosters it’s come out to about the same as a 12er, I think he can go. Holding onto Aaron Gordon though, yeah Grant and Baze are more streamer types. It’s just tough with only 10 players on your roster to stash, any IL spots? I’d just stream Baze and Grant spots, too many similar options to pick ROS

  29. Jeremy says:
    (link)

    Hey JB,

Covington is floating on my wire…

The only guys i can drop are Robin lopez, Myles turner, and Aaron Gordon. Do i drop one of these guys for Sir Covington? Or just continue to hold? Im really tempted to drop Turner for Covington.

    • JB Gilpin

      JB Gilpin says:
      (link)

@Jeremy: Yikes, another 2 weeks out… And I bet they go slower too. Gordon is more droppable to me, but with no IR, I’m pretty worried about Lord Covington’s knee

      • Jeremy says:
        (link)

        @JB Gilpin:

Thanks, JB! The news that he was out 2 weeks was not out when i wrote that. Now i am definitely not gonna pick him up since i don’t have IR in my league.

Right now Steve Adams is the last guy on my bench. The league is deep, so pickings are slim. Just for upside, should I keep Adams or drop him for any of these guys?
    Bjelice
    Dwight Powell
    Ezel
    Capela

Also, someone just dropped Noah. He’s been bad, but is there some upside to take a chance on him?
