Drafts are an organic process and you have to remain mentally flexible and ready to take advantage of what the draft gives you in terms of player value. After three or four picks it might become obvious that you&#039;ll be punting a category (or two at most) but let the draft decide that for you. Focus on drafting the best available players at each pick for the first three or four, and take stock after each one to see what direction you category strength is heading.]]></description>
