The chatter is loud over the NFL scab referees screwing up games. You know what I say? Forget football and come enjoy basketball. We have thrills, spills, and spine tingling chills. David Stern is possibly the least offensive out of the big four’s commissioners, arguably, theoretically.

Ali vs. Frazier.  Balboa vs. Creed…. hmm, wait let me try again.  Tyson vs. McNeeley… nah still not right… Ron Palillo vs. Dustin Diamond (there we go!).  An epic pillow fight last night went down between the Wizards and the Bobcats.

LeBron who? There’s a new star in Cleveland, and his name rhymes with molester. However, don’t keep your children away from Lester Hudson. As a reserve on Tuesday, he played more minutes than anyone else on the team and looked great doing so.

When they rewrite the story of the Lockout-shortened 2011-12 NBA season, the first thing they better mention is the shocking number of disposable players that came from out of the shadows and into the light. Rubio, Lin, Green, Jenkins, Robinson, Mullens, and on and on and on, until you get to J.J.

Kemba Walker started for Charlotte and tallied 10 points, 7 assists and a three pointer in 23:26. Eh, you know, not bad. This is what James Redacted wrote for Tuesday’s post, “Even if you needed any more reasons to drop [D.J.

In non-NBA news, Kentucky defeated Kansas 67-59 to win the national title (and hopefully your bracket.  Actually your coworker who picked teams based on mascots probably won it).  Maybe Anthony Davis will finally shave off his playoff Unibrow…  Hmmm playoffs.

Averaging 48% FG, 77% FT, 1.4 3PM, 8.3 pts, 3.5 rebs, 1.1 ast, .6 stl, and .7 blk this season, Brandon Rush has one of those underappreciated fantasy contributors from the mold of Shane Battier (not THIS year Shane Battier, but previous years).

That Drew Sure is Gooden!

Drew Gooden is like a cockroach. Just when you think his career is over, he resurrects in the Bucks frontcourt. Then he injures his wrist and misses some time, and you’re thinking, “the joyride is over, right?” Wrong! And then he goes and tweaks his back in his first game back on the court, which has GOT to slow him down, right?

Sweet And Mo Down
