Both are coming off the bench so they’ll be inconsistent. Depending on what you need, Williams will have more boards and higher FG% and Shumpert more steals, assists, and higher FT%. I’d lean towards Shumpert for overall fantasy value, especially if Fields keeps playing poorly.
