Elton Brand played 33 minutes in the Mavs/Thunder OT thriller Friday night and scored 10 points with 13 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block, and he has now double-doubled in back to back games. You’ve been Branded! EB is starting to get comfortable with his new sixth man role, and Friday’s game was his fourth in a row scoring in double-digits, including a sweet season high 20 point game last Sunday.

This was a good game following a good game for Jeff Teague, which is the first time he’s done that since December. On Wednesday, he went for 28 points (3-5 from deep, 12-18 from the line) with 4 rebounds and 11 assists.

Jared Sullinger was wicked sick Friday night as he scored a season high 14 points adding 11 rebounds and shooting 7 for 8 from the field before fouling out. Sully’s been feeling the luck of the Irish lately as Friday’s game was his third straight game in double digits and his second game in a row with a double-double.

Surprisingly, Nate Robinson is only 20% owned in Yahoo leagues despite averaging 11 points, 2 threes, 4 assists and 2 steals over the past 2 weeks. Nate The Great has been back on the production chain train (now this next part makes (some) sense), choo-chooing his way to 19 points (3-5 from deep), 5 boards, 6 assists, and 5 steals in 42 minutes last night.

With only 2 points, you may be wondering why I’m leading with Reggie Evans. Well, he grabbed 23 boards last night, including 6 offensive. He doesn’t always do that, and he likely will never come close to that number for the rest of the season, but in deep leagues where you need rebounds, Evans is your guy.
