Sometimes things can get a little snarky here at Razzball. Sometimes? Well, yeah, Italics Baldwin. Sometimes. Uh, and ‘a little snarky’? Just a tad, yeah. What of it? Razzfall? No. You simply misread that one. I clearly typed it Razzball. Bifocal-up, son.

So O.J. Mayo‘s life of crime isn’t working out as he hoped. First he gets his time with USC struck from the historical record after accepting swag, then his short time as a BourrĂ© cardsharp ended with a black eye, and now he’s suspended 10 games for using the illegal muscle-builder DHEA.
Please, blog, may I have some more?I hope the Thunder did a little something special for the Velvet Hoop last night after he – again – pulled his team through to another victory for the second time in as many games. Maybe the coaching staff picked all the red pepper off his DiGiorno pizza, or perhaps they should reupholster one of the locker room lounge chairs with bright turquoise fabric and paint a face on it so Kevin Durant has his own Pee-Wee’s Playhouse Chairy to relax on after games like last night’s.
Please, blog, may I have some more?Through the first half of the season, any Clipper talk has centered almost primarily around Blake Griffin‘s phatness or Baron Davis‘ fatness. Little respect has been paid to one of the surprise top 10 scorers in the league, Eric Gordon.
Please, blog, may I have some more?Word ’round the campfire is that the power forward everybody loves to hate dared to whisper about a H.A.S. (high ankle sprain) ion the last 24 hours. No, Rick Mahorn wasn’t whispering anything. Rick Mahorn doesn’t whisper. He screams quietly. Different generation’s hatable PF.
Please, blog, may I have some more?Okay, so it turns out hurling bricks is not as good for Mo Williams‘ hips and groin-ial area as Mo at first thought. He’s out for a while. Frankly, the vagueness of Mo’s injury parallels the vagueness of what part of this dude is even injured.

Please, blog, may I have some more?Stephen Curry ended his season averaging 26.4/6.4/8.1 in April and he catapulted to many pre-season top 10 lists (not this one). Halfway through this season – and coming off two lackluster, foul-plagued games – Curry is averaging 18.2/3.4/5.9, has missed eight games due to foot injuries, and it feels like Curry’s a … not a bust, exactly, but a bit of a disappointment.
Please, blog, may I have some more? When Chicago’s Carlos Boozer left Saturday’s game with a rolled ankle, two things popped into my mind: 1) His blocking numbers suggest he’s been playing with rolled ankles most of his career, why the dramatics all of a sudden? 2) if he’s being taken to the player parking garage in a golf cart, perhaps he shouldn’t be driving home, 3) did I say two things or three things popped into my mind?
Please, blog, may I have some more? The Pistons said they benched former star(ter) Richard Hamilton on Wednesday so as not to risk injuring him before they ship him off to a farm upstate. They didn’t tell Rip that’s why he wasn’t going to play. They just told him they wanted to save his energy for the really important games.
