Kyle Korver was unstoppable Friday night, leading Atlanta to a huge 2OT win with 27 points, including 8 3-pointers made, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals and 2 blocks. The Korv started his second game in a row in place of Anthony Morrow, and again he took advantage.

Elton Brand played 33 minutes in the Mavs/Thunder OT thriller Friday night and scored 10 points with 13 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 block, and he has now double-doubled in back to back games. You’ve been Branded! EB is starting to get comfortable with his new sixth man role, and Friday’s game was his fourth in a row scoring in double-digits, including a sweet season high 20 point game last Sunday.

Jared Sullinger was wicked sick Friday night as he scored a season high 14 points adding 11 rebounds and shooting 7 for 8 from the field before fouling out. Sully’s been feeling the luck of the Irish lately as Friday’s game was his third straight game in double digits and his second game in a row with a double-double.

Garrett Temple aka the Silver Snake aka the Blue Barracuda had his best game of the season last night with 8 points, 7 rebounds, 11 assists and a steal in 47 minutes. Take that Olmec, you giant, ominous Mayan head! Although he didn’t shoot very well (just 3-10 FG) the rest of that line is certainly encouraging.

Isaiah Thomas got the start Friday night and scored 11 points with 4 assists, a steal and three 3-pointers in 29 minutes. The move to start him actually makes logical sense, which is strange since we’re talking about the Sacremende Kings here.

Andre Drummond exploded with Christmas cheer off the bench last night with 11 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks in just 21 minutes. Holy night! Come they played him, pa rum pum pum pum. Aaan-dre Druuum-moond, pa rum pum pum pum.

Jared Dudley did right in Phoenix last night, scoring 22 points and adding 4 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals with 2 3pm in 43 minutes. The 22 points were a season high, and after starting the season looking kind of  like a Dud-ley, the past two games he’s looked sort of Stud-ley (hey that’s the headline!).

Alexey Shved scored 17 points last night in Philadelphia making it three straight 15+ point games (17, 16, 17) in a row now.  He chipped in 4 assists, 3 rebounds, 1 block, and hit four three pointers. Not too bad for a guy who’s just 15% owned in yahoo leagues.

If only for one game–but what a game! Larry Sanders, a.k.a. the Sand Man, a.k.a. that bench player on the Bucks, brought himself the game of his dreams last night with his first career  triple double, 10 points, 12 rebounds and an incredible 10 blocks.
