Just looking over the Razzball Staff Picks, looks like Peter Kap was right, Eric Gordon Sleeper, Faried a bust, Seth Curry deep league target and Giannis Fantasy MVP. Dan A was very wrong, Crowder was not a sleeper, Wall was not a bust, Dieng value wasn’t great and Noah was not a deep league target, Westbrook not fantasy MVP either.

@Shahed: Yeah he did well! Faried, meh I didn’t even have him in the “must-draft” range, but the rest were great calls

YESSS JB, watch the playoffs please. I dont’ get how someone who loves basketball as much as you has no interests in the playoffs. The refs tend to call less soft and bs calls in the playoffs. It’s so much more intense! IT’s great! #AdamsWillRiseAgain

@Jeremy: Hah yeah I remember that interaction from last year 🙂 It’s not no interest – it’s fatigue. Plus this cruel mistress known as “fantasy baseball” 🙂 But I’ma watch more this year

        @JB Gilpin:

        Watching baseball is fatigue ;p.

Now you will get to see playoff giannis dominate and feel assured that he’s your number 1 pick!

@Jeremy: Hah yeah I know a lot of people feel that way but I love it 🙂 I was already pretty assured, hopefully he goes nuts and makes it a no question!

Hey JB, what are your predictions for the first round games? In my league we have a sort of bet for the first pick in the draft next year…
so far I have Warriors in 5, Spurs in 5, Rockets in 6, Clippers in 7
Celtics in 6, Cavs in 5, Raptors in 6, Wizards in 5

@Marshall: ohhhhhh great question, and awesome idea for a league format/setting!

      Warriors – 6
      Spurs – sweep 4
      Rockets – Need all 7
      Clippers – 6

      Celtics – sweep 4
      Cavs – 5
      Raps – 5
      Wizards – 6

We’ll see how close we get!

Yo JB, for that playoff pts league I was asking you about yesterday, keepers are all in and the draft (1 rd) and auction (remaining roster spots) are tonight. For my draft pick I’m looking at Lowry or one of the Spurs bigs. All scored similarly in this format, so do you think the Raps or Spurs go deeper?

After that in the auction these are some of the available guys: all non-Harden Rockets, 2 of the Clips’ big 3 (I kept Paul), all of the good Celts, T Thompson (I kept Love), mid-tier and scrubs from the other favorites (I kept Durant–best available Dubs are Zaza and Iggy) and studs from the ‘dogs. Which teams/players would you be targeting for my remaining 5 roster spots?

@Steve Stevenson: I’d have to say the Spurs, OKC/Hou might give them trouble, but the spurs have a much better path to advance to conf finals than Raps who would have to play cle. I’d prob take Aldridge.

All the Celtics are avail? I would take Isaiah it sounds like!

      • Steve Stevenson says:

@JB Gilpin: Yeah Smart was the only Celtic kept–the rest were on non-playoff teams. So if I think BOS is going to the finals, trying to bag IT2 and Horford and then 3 $1 players would be the play. But if I really think it’s gonna be the Cavs, I should probably pair TT with my Love to counter the team with LeBron.

@Steve Stevenson: Pacers gave the Cavs a tough start! But yeah maybe one of the Celtics and TT would be best way to go
